Lies in the KPMG report
Something really fishy is going on here. The KPMG report does not cover the legal and valuation aspect. But the valuation is the most important aspect that needs to be covered, why the PR Selangor State Government did not include this in their review and auditing? That remains a mystery. Please explain!

Talam debt recovery? Nah....It's Talam Bailout!
Talam issue is like a never ending issue. Opposition keep defending that the auditors have cleared them of the doubts surrounding the so called Talam debt recovery.
However, in the below documents, you will find that the Selangor MB has confirmed that the debt is RM392 million owed to Selangor state companies.
Then there is this letter of agreement that all the state companies received only RM10 each from the state government.
Last but not least, the Selangor PR state government claimed that they did not pay Talam but in the debt settlement agreement, it has clearly stated that Selangor PR state government is to pay Talam bankers to offset the debt. See the agreement to find out who are Talam bankers!

Another overpaid land by PR Selangor state government!!!
Back in 2009, the Selangor PR government has agreed that Talam is to pay their debts to the PR Selangor State government through contra of some land in Bukit Beruntung.
The land is valued at RM113 million.
But then PR Selangor state government acquired the land at RM345 million!!!
Why the discrepancy of RM232 million? Why pay more for the land worth less than that??????
No one knows where the money has gone to. If PR selangor state government has obtained the land, is the land still in PR Selangor State Government's hands? Why hasn't it be sold? And if sold, can they disclose how much they have sold the land for?
Can PR please explain this issue?

Lies, Lies Lies
PR Selangor is lying! They claimed that all dealings with Talam is inherited from BN and BN was the one who promised all ridiculous and unfair land deals with Talam.
PR claimed that all Talam things had nothing to do with them. What the heck, see the document below and all of you will know that all contracts signed with Talam previously is officially off and new form of agreement is made between PR Selangor and Talam.
Don't just push your responsibilities away, PR Selangor!!!!

Sigh, PR buys and develop hillslope land?
More stories to tell! PR Selangor State Government is buying useless and worthless 400 acres of Ulu Yam land to develop, not to mention dangerous as well because the land is categorized as Class 3 and Class 4, which means it's a hillslope land and only 50% of the land can be used.
What is this? Taking people's money and invest in such land? They have to reply to the people on this. While they keep talking about corruption and the danger of developing hillslope land, PR Selangor state government is doing it themselves, buying hillslope land and develop hillslope land.
Not only that, the MBI has offered the land at higher price where KHSB cannot agree with. See the documents below to get a clearer picture!!!
MBI asked RM42 million for all the useless and worthless land but KHSB proposed to pay RM31.6 million. Difference of at least RM10 million here!!!

Full document that Teresa Kok from DAP is not able to disclose
Even more to expose! See it for yourself how PR manipulates and twists the facts!!! This is the document that Teresa Kok is unable to disclose!!!!!!!
Developing slopes in Ulu Yam
PR Selangor State government develops land on the slopes?
Totally ridiculous! Before 2008, PR said that there shouldn’t be any
development on those slopes because it is dangerous and there might be land
slides anytime.
But now? They themselves approved those slopes to be developed . Those slopes are more than 30 degrees!!!

Blame BN government? PR, study your facts first!
Earlier on, Teresa Kok from DAP disclosed two documents and blamed the BN government for the supposedly 'failed' land deals that they have made. See below for the two documents dated back in 2007.
What is fishy here is that when PR comes to power, their agreement is no longer effective and they are free to do what they want. The agreement back in year 2007 has expired in 2008 and PR got themselves a new agreement in 2010 (see the actual document as below).
Why blame BN government when PR Selangor state government is doing the dirty laundry themselves? Don't just claim credit and throw everything else to BN government la....

Think you can fool the rakyat, PR?
I found a few documents to prove that PR state government is the one who keeps wanting to throw the assets purchased from Talam to KHSB, where in the documents shown below, in April 2010, MBI wanted to offset the debt by transferring the assets purchased to them.
But KHSB is not stupid, they would not want assets that has no value at all. They refused to accept the assets because it is valued by the PR Selangor state government higher than the market value. The land is not worth that much and yet PR selangor state government still wants to buy it.
As for the Menara Pandan office lots, MBI keeps wanting to offset it by RM42 million but after valuation, KHSB thinks its only worth RM31.6 million. Why such huge discrepancy of RM10.4 million? What does PR Selangor state government wants to do with the money? (see second and third document)

What kind of deal is this? Is this a deal to rip Selangor rakyat's money off their pocket? PR Selangor state government seriously has some explaining to do here!
This document shows that PR Selangor state government wants to offset the debt by giving the assets purchased from Talam to KHSB. This took place in 2010.
Next is the documentation where KHSB will only willing to accept the assets if its of good value and able to sell off, but that's not the case here.
Finally, its the document showing that KHSB refused to accept the assets because PR Selangor state government has valued the assets higher than market value, meaning it's not worth that much of money.

Another PR land deal problem :(
Sigh, more of PR land deal problem....It seems that PR Selangor State government has bought land which is way up the valuation price. You'll understand more when you see the document attached as below.
PR Selangor state government bought land at Bandar Bestari Jaya for RM80,000 per acre when the land is valued at RM36,000 per acre. This means that they have bought the land for double the valuation price. Now, is PR Selangor state government being conned into buying expensive land? Or there's something behind of which none of us understand?
They should explain to fellow Selangor citizens on why they acquire such expensive land? The money could have been better used for other things.
Explain!!!!!!

PR bought Danau Putra land with no prospective buyer
Danau Putra land is a joke. PR Selangor state government bought a land that is 60% filled with pond and even the valuation report states that there could be difficulties in finding prospective buyer due to the condition of the land.
If that is so, why does PR wants to buy such land if there would be no buyers?
If that is so, why does PR wants to buy such land if there would be no buyers?
See this page, it is difficult to get prospective buyers. Really don't understand the reason why PR government wants to buy this land.
